information including members' first and last name, company, title,
industry, city and state are displayed to people in order to facilitate
user interaction in the My5MinuteNetworking online community. Posting
personal information on public areas of the My5MinuteNetworking website
via your profile, etc. will make your information publicly available. Do
not post information in public areas that you want to keep private. |

Email addresses are used for the purposes of
inviting new business contacts to join My5MinuteNetworking, to add users
to members' business contacts' networks, and to send notifications related
to the My5MinuteNetworking service. A user's email address is not
displayed on a user’s profile page nor is it disclosed when users
communicate with each other through the My5MinuteNetworking internal email
system. To facilitate searching and finding business contacts on the
service, My5MinuteNetworking allows users to search for other members
using first and last name or email address. |

My5MinuteNetworking may also use a user's email
address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding the service. If
you do not want to receive e-mails of this type, you can go to “Account
Information” found in your personal administrative menu, and under
“Personal Information” uncheck “Send me tips, announcements and special
offers from My5MinuteNetworking.” |

policy, My5MinuteNetworking does not rent or sell personal information
about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide
products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or

My5MinuteNetworking members can invite contacts to join the service by
sending invitation emails via our automated invitation system.
My5MinuteNetworking stores the email addresses that members provide so
that reminder emails can be sent (up to 3 per email address).
My5MinuteNetworking does not sell these email addresses.

You may prevent My5MinuteNetworking email
invitations and other messages from being sent to any email address you
control by sending an email, from the account you wish to block, with the
subject line “BLOCK” to Privacy@My5MinuteNetworking.com.

5. COOKIES |
